  • Lokshi’s Choice is an Indian-based online jewellery store offering traditional and silver fashion accessories.

  • These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences. All jewellery is handcrafted or curated with care.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be prepaid. We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports major UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • Lokshi’s Choice reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across all states in India using DTDC as our logistics partner.

  • Delivery time is estimated at 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Some products ship at a flat rate of ₹95, while selected items come with free shipping.

  • International shipping is available; charges depend on the destination country.

5. Exchange & Damage Policy

  • No Returns, No Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size mismatch, or personal preferences.

  • Exchange is only applicable for damaged products, provided:

    • A parcel opening video is recorded from the moment the package is received and opened without any cuts or pauses.

    • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery with the video proof shared via email or WhatsApp.

    • Exchanges are subject to review and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, text, and graphics — is the property of Lokshi’s Choice and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Abusive language, fraudulent activities, or misuse of services may lead to account termination or legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lokshi’s Choice is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, natural calamities, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Our liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
