  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping (India):
    Delivery across all Indian states takes approximately 6–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • International Shipping:
    We do ship internationally. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us for specific international shipping estimates before placing your order.

3. Shipping Charges

  • India:

    • We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹95 on all orders.

  • International:

    • Shipping charges depend on the country, weight, and size of the parcel.

    • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Partner

We use DTDC as our trusted logistics partner for reliable and timely delivery across India. For international orders, we may use other recognized courier services depending on availability and destination.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen delays (such as weather, courier issues, or peak seasons) may occur. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

  • Lokshi’s Choice is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address, incomplete contact details, or absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to check the real-time status of your delivery.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are entered correctly at the time of checkout. We will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
