Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lokshi’s Choice, every piece is carefully packed and shipped with love. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we understand that rare issues may occur during transit. Please review our policy below to know how we handle exchanges in case of damaged items.

1. No Return, No Refund Policy

  • We follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy for all purchases.

  • Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:

    • Change of mind

    • Personal preferences

    • Size mismatch

    • Color or design variation due to screen differences

Please read product descriptions and view images carefully before placing an order.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Damaged Items Only)

We accept exchanges only if the product is received in a damaged condition, and the customer meets the following conditions:

  • Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
    A clear, unedited video must be recorded from the moment the parcel is opened. The video should:

    • Show the full packaging and product in one take

    • Be taken immediately upon delivery

    • Clearly show the damage

  • Time Limit
    You must report the issue and share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Verification
    Once the video is reviewed and the damage is confirmed by our team, we will initiate an exchange for the same or a similar product (subject to availability).

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange for a damaged item:

  1. Record a proper parcel opening video at the time of unboxing.

  2. Email us at lokshischoice14@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 76010 18508 within 24 hours.

  3. Wait for our response after verification. If approved, you will receive instructions for the exchange process.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No parcel opening video provided

  • Edited, paused, or unclear videos

  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery

  • Minor design/colour differences due to lighting or screen

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • If an exchange is approved, Lokshi’s Choice will bear the shipping costs for sending the replacement.

  • We do not offer reverse pickups. Customers may be required to ship the damaged item back depending on the case.
